  • Make the most of your time through 1x1 sessions. We will focus on your individual fitness goals as well ensuring proper form and technique.

  • Do you and a partner or friends have similar fitness goals? Attend training sessions together at a more affordable rate.

  • I offer virtual video training sessions for those who are not locally based. I will build a workout plan based on the equipment you have access to and meet with you virtually to coach you during your workout.

  • This option works best if you are looking for creative and challenging workouts to do on your own. I will write you a customized workout plan and go over it with you before you get started.
